Prices ranged between $2.50 and $3.00 a barrel until 1970. That's $17 to $19 a barrel when adjusted for inflation. Crude oil is expected to trade at 31.29 USD/BBL by the end of this quarter, according to Trading Economics global macro models and analysts expectations. Looking forward, we estimate it to trade at 26.91 in 12 months time.
